Brunswick Pointe Celebrates 5 Years!

As part of Foundations Health Solutions, Brunswick Pointe is proud to serve our local community and hospitals by providing exceptional skilled nursing and long-term care. Brunswick Pointe is a 5-star CMS-rated center with amazing amenities, but most importantly, has a team that exudes compassion and empathy for those that need us.

We were so happy to celebrate this monumental day with our residents, staff and community. Celebrating five years since we opened is an achievement that we hold close to our hearts, and it wouldn't be the same without all the loving relationships we've built over the years. Thank you to our families for entrusting us and allowing us to be there for you during the hard times.



Kudos to our team for putting on such an amazing event with a delectable spread of food! We dined on artisan flatbread, a mac n' cheese bar, bacon-covered chestnuts, and much more. Our residents really enjoyed the evening and getting to socialize with the community members. We were humbled by Mayor Ron Falconi's attendance and the city's plaque dedication; it was just the icing on the cake!
