Employee of the Year 2022!

As we begin a new year, we want to thank all of our employees at Brunswick Pointe for their hard work and dedication in 2022! Brunswick Pointe has an amazing team who works hard to ensure our residents are the top priority. This does not go unnoticed, and we cannot thank you all enough.

It is always a challenge to choose between the 12 employees recognized as Employee of the Month in the previous year to be awarded as Employee of the Year. For 2022, the candidate selected as our Employee of the Year not only stands out but embodies the core values set forth by our corporation.

Congratulations to our 2022 Employee of the Year, Silvana Voicu, LPN!



Silvana is a team player and never fails to brighten the residents' day. She has a genuine soul, kind heart, and always puts others' needs before her own. Before becoming a Nurse, Silvana was an accountant for five years. She became a Nurse in 2020, right when the pandemic started. "I became a Nurse because I genuinely love to help people, and I wanted to make a difference," shared Silvana.

In her free time, Silvana loves to travel and do anything outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Silvana was born and raised in Romania, and they go back every year to visit her family.

Please join us in congratulating Silvana on being awarded Employee of the Year for 2022! This is a great accomplishment and she should be very proud of herself. We are so lucky to have someone as hardworking and selfless as Silvana as part of our care team.
