Meet the Manager - Amber Toot

Brunswick Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center would like to introduce the individuals that help keep our skilled nursing facility running! As a part of the Foundations Health Solutions' portfolio, at our facility, we pride ourselves on being not only a provider of superior care but an exemplary employer. We set ourselves apart from the competition by providing a management team that is culturally advanced in handling residents' needs, staff needs, and families' needs. Today we would like to introduce Amber Toot, our ADON.

Amber has been a nurse since 2012 and has been with us here at Brunswick Pointe since the doors opened in November of 2017.

Amber loves what she does and always puts the needs of others before her. She continues to go above and beyond for Brunswick Pointe. She is truly an asset to the team here, and we are grateful to have her.

In her free time, Amber enjoys spending time with her family. She and her fiancé have a Christmas tree farm! One of her biggest hobbies is baking. Amber loves the outdoors and has a passion for fitness.
